Standing Meetings

We will begin with a project kickoff meeting and collecting some company details via an online Client Intake Form. Weekly or bi-weekly meetings are scheduled to cover the following four points: victories (what was achieved), improvements (identifying areas for improvement), priorities (what is getting done and upcoming events), and metrics (how is the project progressing).

Communications

You will have contact information (to include email and phone numbers). For projects, emails tend to decrease productivity. We prefer to utilize a project management tool called WhatsApp to communicate as much as possible. This communication guideline helps eliminate gaps in understanding which might lead to duplicate work, misunderstanding, and team frustration.

Milestone Meetings

Once a month, the standing meeting will become a milestone meeting that lasts for 30 minutes to one hour. The agenda is similar, but with a deeper approval/feedback process and a 10,000-foot view of the project.
